Watch Ultra: selected strap not received

Anyone else Receive their pre order without the selected watch strap? I picked the orange trail band and received only the free black one. Support has been no help. The response to resolve this issue was unprofessional. Any idea if they are going to restock at all?

I had to happen to me I called Samsung and right away they resent me another one no problems

I just spoke to Customer Service about the pre-order delays, etc.

I was told that they are having trouble getting enough bands from their suppliers right now in the different colors and sizes and they plan to send them out as soon as they arrive in their warehouses.

This is also what is causing watch pre-order delays, no bands for the watches.

Their pre-orders were placed as 1 large sum order, all at once and so they whole big batch is waiting to be filled by the suppliers before shipping it to Samsung.
