The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. š”

Galaxy WatchI have the same issue. Today I finally installed an update on the watch hoping that it would fix the problem ... nope! after the update and another complete reset and a whole day wasted on this watch it is now finally as it was before ( no idea why but it didn't allow a backup!!!! š ) ... surprise: after I was done and wanted to do a backup as soon as possible the watch demanded a reset again X_X ... I'm sick of it

Galaxy WatchI've had this issue over a month. It's on all my Samsung watches, 5, 6, and 7. Sent the 7 for repair. They replaced some stuff that I hadn't reported broken, took off my screen protector, sent it back. Reset it again - voila, same issue. I sent my 6 & am awaiting return. Moving back to Apple or another brand. Only shows me they don't give 2 F's about customers. Why would you allow people to pay this much money for your product and then not fix it immediately. The watch is basically useless unless you never leave WiFi, never update the watch or turn it off. **bleep**? Seriously Samsung. Be better.

Galaxy WatchI purchased the W7U LTE so that I could use the watch without being connected to my phone. Shutting down the LTE defeats the purpose of having an LTE watch. Also, as soon as my watch connects to my phone, the reset message stops. Go figure.
