Weather for galaxy active 2

So i just can't get the weather widget to work properly on my gwa2 .  Does any have any fixes for this?

Are you getting any error messages on your watch when you try to use it?

Mine says "unable to load data. Tap to retry" 

When I tap, nothing happens.

Have you tried resetting your whole watch with these steps here?

the last update on my watch, phone and tablet messed stuff up on each device

Have you tried force stopping and clearing the cache for the weather app on your phone? Go to settings > apps > weather > tap on force stop > then tap on storage and clear the cache

so it seems like it was an issue with the s9 probably being old? got a s20 fe a week ago and no issues.
