Home TheaterHi,
My blue ray player has the latest firmware (version BSP-C6500WWB-1028.0),
connects successfully to internet(picture attached). I have done factory reset
& initial setup many times but no luck. After going to the Internet@TV screen
I never get to the agreement page, instead a message starting with "Connect to the
Internet & enjoy variety of contents through Internet@TV" is shown. On pressing
enter key on remote, a detailed page(showing +Internet in right bottom) is
shown which times out to initial "Internet@TV" activation page after a few minutes.
This behavior is consistent. Please help.
Thanks

Home TheaterYes it's a b d - c 6500. I did a hard reset hoping to improve the performance of my player, and that's when all of my apps were gone from internet at TV. Just like the o p although it's connected to the internet it won't connect to internet at TV.

Home TheaterIf a factory reset has been performed and you have tried unplugging it, service will be required.

Home TheaterI've got the same problem with my BD-C6500. I used to get 6 or so apps, but I tried to get to the App Store to look for Amazon Video, and now all of my apps are gone, and I cannot get past the "Connect to the internet... etc." page. And my internet connection is excellent as per the settings screen. If there is no solution, it's like Samsung removing features built into these players. This is not right.

Home TheaterNothing is wrong with your or my internet connection. It is an old model, seems
like they don't want to keep the older model working otherwise who will buy new
models. Besides this, wireless players are cheap these days, this is not worth the
headache, your time is more precious.
