Home TheaterI have two identical Blu Ray players and they are both stuck on a loop. This issue is very frustrating because I've recommended theses devices to a few family members.

Home TheaterWow! Approaching 135,000 worldwide complaints and still no solution. I submitted on June 19th 2020 and after 135,000 complaints no solution. They told me then 72 hours..
What gives Samsung?
I'm a grown human being I can handle the truth.
Did you just leave us hanging in the lurch here?
I'm sure this comment is falling on deaf ears at Samsung but our pocket books will be screaming millions when we go out to buy a replacement since this unit is never going to be corrected.
You can't do a software update because it won't stay on long enough to connect to the intermess.
Just give us the straight up, okay?

Home TheaterMy HT-J4500 is stuck in a loop of power in and off. Tried to hold the remote stop button to reset, it didn't work. Please help fix this issue!!! Anyone!!!

Home TheaterWelcome to the club.
It's a big club with lots of members.
My HT-J4550 stopped working a week ago. Can't even use the surround sound system.
It appears to be a software update problem at their end.
Samsung haven't bothered to update any info on the forum for a week.
It would appear Samung do not care about their customers.
I won't be buying anything from Samsung again. Appalling customer service.
