Home TheaterEvery time I go to connect my android phone to the soundbar it connects then with in 5 seconds gives me an app disconnect message and disconnects. It does this with my wife's phone as well. This just started to happen. It had worked fine since I bought it.
Was thinking about doing a factory reset but could not find how?
Any information out there

Home TheaterIt may be helpful to reset your nerwork settings on your phone. Search 'reset network settings' in Settings.

Home TheaterGood afternoon, I will be happy to assist you. To reset the sound bar, use the following steps.
With the Soundbar turned off, press and hold the Sound Control button for more than 5 seconds until the speaker turns on. “INIT” appears on the display and the Soundbar is initialized.
