HW-Q60R Keeps disconnecting when i connect it to my phone

Every time I go to connect my android phone to the soundbar it connects then with in 5 seconds gives me an app disconnect message and disconnects. It does this with my wife's phone as well. This just started to happen. It had worked fine since I bought it. 

Was thinking about doing a factory reset but could not find how?

Any information out there

I would think that a soundbar would have a factory reset. I can't think of any blue tooth audio device that does.

It may be helpful to reset your nerwork settings on your phone. Search 'reset network settings' in Settings.

Good afternoon, I will be happy to assist you. To reset the sound bar, use the following steps.

 

With the Soundbar turned off, press and hold the Sound Control button for more than 5 seconds until the speaker turns on. “INIT” appears on the display and the Soundbar is initialized.
