Home TheaterSame here. Rang Richer Sounds who said I should ring Samsung and they gave me a number, I completed a on-line fault booking form and am expecting Samsung to collect on Tuesday. I totally agree regards consumer law, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states that it is the retailer who is responsible for the product they have sold up to a period of 6 years. I was holding that up my sleeve in case Samsung messed me around. We shall see.

Home TheaterIt's a shame Samsung that you don't have a single answer to this topic.

Home TheaterI suspect that this one is going to be tricky to fix. Since the reset doesn’t do anything and there’s no response but the last connection type on the front, they will have to determine how to trick the device into taking an update once they correct the issue we’re all dealing with now. It does suck that Samsung won’t even have someone give us a response that says “We hear you, we’ve verified the issue (seems like it should b easy to do) and we’re on it. Pretty weak Samsung. Please give this some attention.

Home TheaterOh wow!!! Prob the number 1 selling soundbar system (I have a q990c) and now for THIS kind of major problem?!?! I’ve read about issues with Samsungs customer support lacking over the years but this might just do it in for them for A LOT of people!!! Especially with them not wanting to include Dolby atmos and use their new open source surround instead?! Ugh. Why Samsung?! This only compounds on the other recent debacles regarding your firmware updates!!! Not to mention the “nerfing” you do on the S90C/D!! This is insane!
