Home TheaterIf this happened in the UK you would be able to contact your retailer, who are legally obliged as the seller to repair the product in reasonable time, if they cannot (Samsung being slow) then they must replace the product with a new one, no ifs or buts, it is the law.

Home TheaterI have a 930d and Smart Things says 1016 is the latest firmware. They must have removed 1020 or it was never available for this model. I dodged a bullet, it seems.
