Home TheaterHi all,
Hoping for some advice. We have a HW-Q60T, cabled connection, that cuts out halfway through watching something. When this happens, the only way to get it to turn back on is to unplug the power cable, and plug it back in. This is obviously very annoying. The TV and home theatre setup is less than 3 months old.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

Home TheaterHello, I have inserted a few links below that might be able to help you with this.

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01110025/
If the above troubleshooting steps didn't help, here are some service options:
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange process.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can private message one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service set up. http://bit.ly/33ipYnO

Home TheaterI have the same issue. After watching TV for a couple hours the power just cuts out and the only way to turn it back on is to physically unplug the unit from the wall or the back of the sound bar and plug it back it in. Using the remote power button does not work. I added the firmware upgrade and tried both solutions offered here without success. The power cord is secure, and even if the auto shut off was engaged then the remote power button should work to power the sound bar back on. Very frustrating.
Is this a known issue with this unit? Is my only option here to return this and face the same issue if I get a replacement? Please provide answers.
