Soundbars subwoofer

Hello all, I have a question about the 990D and 930D. Are there any MAJOR differences in sound / bass between the 2? Also is the subwoofer the same or is the 990Db sub more powerful. Also, would I be able to connect a 990D subwoofer to a 930D? Thanks
