We ordered our Bespoke fridge 4 months ago and just got it. Back then, the Bespoke community unlocked a $200 cash back (I believe the deadline for that was October 27th). We got an email on November 3rd that we will receive it back to our credit card and never did. Problem is I just spent an entire day being transfer from one incompetent rep to another for literally 5 hours. Nobody in this company knows who I should talk to regarding this. I seriously never had such an awful costumer service experience in my life.
Can someone with the same experience or with a solution reply here?
