BESPOKE Pairing Kit for Flex Column and Bottom Freezer

I purchased 2 Flex Column refrigerators and the pairing kit listed above. Installers have no clue how to install the pairing kit, and no instructions were included. I have spent more than 3 hours on the phone with Samsung, no one has been able to find the instructions. Has anyone used this kit? Google and YouTube have come up empty. Thanks!
