Defrost Mode for fridge model RF32CG5400SRAA

How do I go into defrost mode for my fridge model RF32CG5400SRAA?  I don't see this in any of the instruction manual.  I did try pressing the Freezer and Fridge button down for 10 seconds.  All it did was flashing "--" in the fridge and freezer display and then go back to showing the temperature.  However, if I followed up the 10 seconds press with pressing just the Freezer button again then it would show the following codes:  Fridge/Freezer = bc/10, fridge/freezer = 2f/4c, fridge/freezer = 48/bf

Try this: Press and hold the Freezer and Fridge buttons together for about 8–10 seconds, then release them. Next, quickly press the Freezer button again. This should activate manual defrost mode. If it doesn’t work, try unplugging the fridge for a few minutes and then retrying. Let me know if you need more help!

I've tried that and it would just give me flashing codes:

Fridge/Freezer = bC/10, 2F/4C, 48/bF

Did you try Googling it?  It didn't say anything in my manual about forcing defrost mode, but I Googled it and found it.  What buttons do you have on your panel?

I did google and nothing works.

I have four buttons:  Fridge, Freezer, Ice Maker, Water/Ice, and Door Alarm.

Try pressing different combinations starting eith freezer/ice maker

This is what I do for my fridge: press & hold freezer + lighting button until options appear. (3 secs). Cycle through options until Fd appears.

I don't have the lighting button for my fridge.
