Kitchen and Family HubAre you not able to reach out to the retailer? If you just purchased it normally there's return policy where you can get the unit replaced. I know that our Manufacturer's warranty will not cover a discoloration, because this would be considered cosmetic damage, and any cosmetic damage is not covered by the limited one year manufacturer's warranty. I would reach out to them to see what options would be available for you.
