I got a defective refrigerator 2 days ago, I need to know who the registered agent is anyone that can help will be appreciated

Are you not able to reach out to the retailer? If you just purchased it normally there's return policy where you can get the unit replaced. I know that our Manufacturer's warranty will not cover a discoloration, because this would be considered cosmetic damage, and any cosmetic damage is not covered by the limited one year manufacturer's warranty. I would reach out to them to see what options would be available for you.

discoloration in right upper corner of right side of door, no way to fix that I can see
