I just received my new refrigerator a few days ago. Top-Freezer Refrigerator Model RT21M6213WW. I'm having a problem figuring out where two white plastic "pieces" are suppose to be installed. These were found in a little plastic bag taped inside of the guard container on the refrigerator door. Both measure about 2" x .5" with two little plastic prongs and little arrows on each. One has the word LOW on it.
Those are for in the event you would like to take the doors off and reverse how they open and close. You can find this information in your user manual on page 36; it's labeled Maintenence.
