Kitchen and Family HubWe bought a new home with Samsung appliances. The warranty end date is not correct as it is based on when the builder ordered the appliances (I assume) and not when we settled on the house (it's off by 6 months). In order to change the date online they want proof of purchase. What do I provide? This would be alot easier to work through with a human and not a bot. How do I get a real live talking person to go over this issue? This is most frustrating!
