Kitchen and Family HubAnyone have issues with the bottom freezer ice Bites ice maker constantly saying it's full when it's not? Ours just started doing this and now it won't dump any ice. Trying to get thru to Samsung is a joke. Nothing is frozen. Can't figure out. Other Ice maker is fine.

Kitchen and Family HubI can certainly understand how frustrating this can be and am delighted to assist you! Check your water line and make sure it's at full efficiency and no clogs in the pump. Hard water can cause buildups over time.
Most ice makers will have a sensor that will tell you when there isn't enough water, and you need to add more, but it could be broken, need replacing, or obstructed. I suggest checking to make sure that there is no frost buildup on the back of the tray itself. After completing those steps, take a look at the following link to reset your ice bites ice maker: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01212162/
If the above troubleshooting steps didn't help, you would need to speak with one of our moderators via private message. Service would be required to resolve the situation, however, if you've already had service multiple times and the issue continues, We would need to review your case further so ask that you send us a private message as well.
