Kitchen and Family HubUntil today, I was a loyal Samsung customer. We had a 15 year old microwave oven that died and I moved to replace it with another Samsung. That microwave arrived Thursday and I installed it last night. The new one does not work, displaying an error code. My attempts to get technical support finally resulted in a representative named Juan telling me to get help from Home Depot. I did and returned my purchase for a refund. I will be replacing my old Samsung with another brand. Thanks Samsung representative Juan for steering me away from Samsung! Eric
