Above model Samsung refrigerator stops cooling but displays the correct temperature outside spoiling the food. I had ice maker replaced four times plus I spent additional $800 for repair work. I have not found the solution. This happens randomply almost every month causing food spoilage and hassel and stress associated with this issue.
I also had another Samsung model which had same issue.
Probably worst design by Samsung and they should replace my refrigerator as soon as possible.
Have you contacted Samsung about this issue? This is a user help forum and we cannot do anything about replacing your refrigerator, we do not report to or work for Samsung. Is it still under warranty? If it is, why did you have to shell out $$$ for repairs?
