In reference to all the links from the Microwave manual, you failed to acknowledge that the charcoal filter was not included with the microwave and I was simply trying to get one to replace the missing one. As I told several of the many Samsung agents I spoke to for over an hour: there was no included charcoal filter and since I explained several times that it was vented internally, I understood you need to have one installed.

Hi there! I can definitely understand the need to have the charcoal filter for your microwave. I have a couple options for you at this point. You can purcahse a replacement filter from SamsungParts.com or by calling 1-800-627-4368. Alternatively, you can send a private message to one of the moderators here to see about getting a replacement filter. You would need to provide your model and serial number for the microwave, as well as photo of the purchase receipt.
