Refrigerator Flapper assembly

Refrigerator mod. # RF28HMEDBSG/AA

I am getting moisture between the 2 doors.

- Energy saver is off.

- Door seals are tight and in great shape.

I replaced the Flapper assembly 2X in the last few weeks.

the flapper is not warm. (Checked with thermo gun.

I checked that all plug are firmly in the circuit board.

Is there a fuse or anything else I can check?
