Purchased Samsung refrigerator on 2015. Had three service calls regarding ice maker not working. last work on refrigerator performed May 2024. Now July 2024 refrigerator not cooling even though screen shows temperature of 34 F. All food is now spoiled. Also, water coming from ice maker.
Called samsung and was informed that I was responsible to pay for Diagnostic service technician. Quoted $100 for labor and $100 for diagnostic visit. Refrigerators are supposed to last more than this and we have had so many problems with the refrigerator.
