Refrigerator family hub touchscreen unresponsive/display doesn't work

My family hub touchscreen does not respond to touch since yesterday , I can’t unlock the screen. I turned off the screen and turned it back but I can’t unlock the screen. I unplugged the fridge and it didn’t work either.

I have same problem. The reset button isnt working. The whole deal around the fridge is the screen we loved to listen music and watch videos while in the kitchen. Disconnecting the fridge every day I do not think is a good practice. How it can be resolved?

Add me to the list of unresponsive touchscreens on my Samsung smart refrigerator. Yes, I have completed all the basic troubleshooting - red power switch, unplugged. This is only a month or 2 old. Guess it is due to a software update. Need assistance.
