Hello there, and thank you for reaching out to the Samsung Community. I understand your concern regarding the "dinging" notification and temperatures rising within the freezer compartment.

 

First we would like you to know the "dinging" you're referring to is likely the door alarm. If the door is open/ not closed properly for more than 2 minutes, the indicator will blink while the alarm sounds. The doors being open can absolutely affect the temperature!

There is an issue with the fridge/freezer.  Samsung can see it online.  They will be out in five days.  Totally unacceptable!
