I have searched hi and low for a place to order a grate for my gas range. I have a rubber foot issue and have read, at numerous sites, that Samsung suck when it comes to the rubber feet. You ultimately must purchase a new grate instead of $5 rubber feet. I do not a service call, I’m perfectly capable of removing and replacing a new grate. Can anyone tell me where I can order one, even if it’s an aftermarket grate. Samsung makes awesome TVs but that’s about it.

The feet are not melted ... we've lost one of them and when I call for parts they tell me the cooktop is not under warranty and to check amazon or ebay. Are you saying you can help me out?
I just got off the phone with Samsung parts and was told to go to amazon or eBay to order replacement feet for my cooktop grate. My grate has square feet and all the feet available on amazon or ebay are round with the exception of those for wolf cooktops and they are way too big. How hard could it possibly be for Samsung to make these available through there parts website?!
If anyone has found a solution to this, I'd love to hear it!
