It's probably the same line until it reaches a T and separates into 2 one for water and then too the ice maker but can't be sure without a diagram of the mechanics

It depends where the clog was. If you cleared a clog from the line running from your pipes to the fridge, it should be clear for both the ice maker and the water dispenser. If there is a clock in either of the tubes running from that main line to the ice maker and water dispenser, then those lines will have to be cleared. If you had a repair service do the unclogging, I'm actually surprised they did not check the whole line. If your icemaker is making ice, you can assume the whole line is clear. If it is not, it may not actually be a clog in the line, you may have to reset the icemaker.
