I bouaght my electric oven/range in October 2017 (Model # NE59J7850WS, Serial # 0C8N7DCJ400642) and for the past year the Hot Surface warning light won't turn off. I have tried the suggested solution by unplugging and plugging back. In fact recently replaced my cercute breaker panel but the problem still there.
Sounds like an issue with the sensor it could have went bad that lets it know if its hot or cold, You would need to have a tech. diagnose the issue and possible repair it you can use the link below to find a Certified repair center https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/
