Kitchen and Family HubI ordered the gas range online and paid for the installation since I'm a retired 73 yr old woman. When it arrived the delivery people said they couldn't install it. I went to Lowe's as they suggested to buy a bunch of parts (about $100 worth) and then contacted Samsung who sent another person out who couldn't install it either. This house is a newer build (6 yrs old). I ended up paying a certified plumber to install it correctly at a cost of $150.
As instructed by the Samsung Team here is the reference number 1148353641.
What a disappointment this purchase was. While I really like the range the installation was not what I expected.

Kitchen and Family HubWhere did you purchase your gas Range? Lowes? If so, you need to take it up your frustrations with them, especially if you paid them to do a service and they didn't do it. It wouldn't be Samsung's issue. Escalate over there.
