This link doesn't work anymore. Is there a way to read this recommendation? With the help of a moderator? Thanks.

Kitchen and Family HubModel: RF23M8590SR. This problem came up the first time about 2 years ago and I still fix it by taking the filter out and back in. I hear a click after putting a glass in for water, a blue line is constantly on but no water is coming. After a trick with the filter, it starts working for a week or longer. Is it a problem with the breaking water valve?
