Kitchen and Family HubHello and thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding the upper oven's performance. I absolutely understand how upsetting this can and recommend Calibrating the oven. Our ranges may need to have their temperature calibrated after a while, or when you purchase a new one and with calibration you have the ability to adjust the temperature up to 35°F (either higher or lower).
