Hi all,

I have the 43-inch version of this TV. I'm struggling to get the best settings for general movie/stream watching. It's not used for gaming at this time or connected to a computer.

The RTINGS recommended settings look a bit off and far too warm/yellowish for my taste.

What SDR and HDR picture modes and motion clarity settings are you using for your TV?

Thank you.

So, it seems I have found the answer. The TV was not calibrated correctly out of the box. I used smart calibration in professional mode. Then, for Movie mode (calibrated), I set the color temperature to Standard (since I prefer cooler colors) and the color space to Native. I adjusted the brightness to my taste and the local dimming to High.

In HDR mode, again Movie (calibrated), I set the color tone to Standard, HDR Static, and the color space to Native, and the local dimming to High.

Both settings have picture clarity settings disabled.

It looks fantastic now.
