Hello team,

I have a UE55NU7096 which after I allowed it internet access decided to update itself and has now went to not booting up at all seemingly.

If I just let it be, eventually I will see the screensaver where the Samsung logo bounces off the corners.. but if I click on the remote the screen "wakes up" and goes black. Eventually the screensaver comes back.

I attempted to update the firmware manually by using a USB stick without success but I can hear a chime when the TV finds the new device .. if I click the remote at this point I can, for a brief moment, see the "new device" question and then the screen goes black.

I have tried letting the TV be without a powercord connected for 30 minutes, a day and even a few days but the behaviour does not change.

Please help Sirs! :'(

Thank you Sir! That is understandable. I reached out to the support in Sweden and I will recieve a call from technician who will give me a price for a visit to fix the TV.

From a consumer perspective, this seems fishy to me.. the TV is clearly functional but the software running the TV is broken. It broke because of an update.. and theres no way for me to fix this manually without the software working in the first place? .. What.
