I have a 43" 4k UHD Smart tV.  It's probably about 4 or 5 yrs old. The picture has recently started going wonky on startup. Problem lasts about 5 or 10 minutes, then everything is ok. Is it a cable connection issue or the TV itself?453548513_7999979660056884_2612923684418079617_n.jpg

The only way to see if it's a cable issue is to try a different cable. If it still happens, it would be a port issue, and the tv would need to be serviced and / or replaced

I meant from the cable box.  I turned on the tv this morning without the box (TV+) and tried my Netflix account, and it still did it for about 10 minutes before stopping
