Hi everyone,

I can't play the majority of my movies via the USB port on the OCB. At least one of them was working before. Maybe a system update killed playback? I have attached output from mediainfo.

Hi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. First, could you verify what format you are using for the video and audio files on your USB device. Next, have you tried using a different USB device? I'd also like to confirm if the TV software is updated. My last recommendation would be to try factory resetting the TV. Please let us know if this helps.
