Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I am encountering with my Samsung BU8000 TV. While trying to install a boot video using the following links:

      http:  //10.61.48.6:8060/watch/

                     http:  //10.61.48.6:8060/watch2/

the installation proceeds without any problem. However, when I restart the TV, the following error message appears:
"You are not connected to the internet. This feature requires network access."

This error occurs even though the TV is already connected to the internet. After pressing "OK" on the error message, the video plays as expected.

I have ensured that:

  1. The internet connection is active and stable.
  2. The TV's software is up to date.
  3. The network privileges in the application (if applicable) include permissions like http://tizen.org/privilege/internet and http://developer.samsung.com/privilege/network.public.

Despite these measures, the error persists. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?

I would greatly appreciate your support in identifying if there are additional configurations, privileges, or settings required to prevent this error from showing up during startup.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
