LED and OLED TVsI have a M5300 HDTV not connecting to the internet consistently. I use to connect wirelessly but that only works occasionally now. It has connected wired using a repeater for the connection but that does not seem to work now. I can connect using an attached FireTV stick.
Obviously the best way for it to connect is wirelessly.
Any ideas as to how I can fix this. Thank you.

LED and OLED TVsHello! @userCenutcHdeq Thank you for posting about this. Can you restart your TV router? sometimes, a simple restart can help refresh connections. Also, Ensure that your TV is running the latest firmware, as software updates often contain fixes for network-related issues. Last resort you can try to factory reset the TV. Here is a link you might find helpful: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/
If the issue persists I recommend getting a
service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this on a case-by-case basis, please provide the device's full model code and serial number and your best contact phone number, name, and email.

LED and OLED TVsopq9, if by you saying "force restarting" you mean unpluging and then replugging in the TV, or pressing the start button until the TV restarts, I have tried these a number of times and they don't seem to do the trick. Thank you.
