LED and OLED TVsHi All,
I'm having an aggravating problem. For the past week or so, when watching Hulu the info bar keeps randomly popping on and off (as if I'm hitting the "up" button to check the time/channel/etc.). See photo below. I tried reinstalling the app and unplugging the TV, but it still happens. No other apps or TVs in the house have this problem. We've had no problems whatsoever with our internet.
TV model is UN65DU7200F in case needed.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

LED and OLED TVsI definitely understand your frustrations with this and am delighted to assist you! With you having already uninstalled the app and power cycled the TV; have you check to verify your TV is up to date on the firmware/software? It's possible that it needs to be updated and this may correct the issue presented. In the event there is no update needed to the TV, it would then be an app issue since it's only happening on Hulu. You will need to contact the app developers as they may be able to see if they can assist you further.

LED and OLED TVsThanks for the help. I actually tried resetting the router, and that may have worked. No issues for a couple days now. Hopefully resolved!

LED and OLED TVsUnfortunately, the problem started again after a week break. I did double check the software, and it is up to date. I will contact Hulu to see if they can help, unless there are any other recommendations...
