Have a 75" Samsung UN75MU8000FXZZ TV. It starts up and gies the usual Smart TV logo. Then it shows a picture of 2 seperated boxes and what looks like a USB calble (See image) . I'm guessing it's wanting a "One Connect" or something to the like. Wel I don't have or need one. I'm only going to use theTV.
How can I reset the TV to factory settings or get to a menu to chage things.
I've tried using the IR/Power button and can cyle to the source button but nothing comes up when I holed the poer button down.
Any Ideas? Thank You

LED and OLED TVsHello Ash691, Welcome to the Community! We know how frustrating it can be to not be able to reset your TV. Here are some steps to help you Hard Reset your TV.
To perform a hard reset (also known as a factory reset) on a Samsung TV without a display, you'll need to unplug the TV, hold down the power button on the TV itself while plugging it back in, and then release the button after a few seconds. Let us know if this helps!

LED and OLED TVsOk i've reset to factory settings and got a picture for about 10 seconds then it reverted back to the connection screen again. Does this TV require a one connect box?

LED and OLED TVsYes, unfortunately this specific model of TV does require a One Connect Box for functionality.

LED and OLED TVsUnfortunately, you will need a specific one, each One Connect Box is designed for a specific model year and TV series. In order to find which one is compatible with your TV you can either check the user manual associated with your TV or you can contact Samsung Support. Here's a link to our support page.
