Smart view not working

Stopped working. Tv doesn't show I tried everything .I even got it to work once and then it disappeared again

Your currently running the latest version of the Samsung Smartview App! Please tell me when you starting experiencing the issue with not being able to successfully connect to your television?

And the smartview function is greyed out on smart things...I got it to work once but I have no clue what I did.

On your Samsung Television Remote (Press and hold the Power Button) until the Television restarts

Tried that before also..but did it just now

1. Unlug the Television from the A/C Outlet
2. Unplug all Connected Devices from the Television (Ie: HDMI, Component, USB etc)
3. Leave the power off and all devices disconnected from the Television for (5-10) Minutes
4. Plug the A/C Power Cord back into the Television
5. Try connecting to your Television with Samsung Smartview
6. Your Television needs to be set to Live TV

Once you have completed these steps please post your findings here.

Didn't work. Tried that before also woth the Samsung rep..but gave it another go

The next step I want you to try is Tap and hold the Smartview Button. Go into Application Info and check the Permissions. Tell me what it says under Permissions: Also be sure the slider for "Remove Permission if App is Unused" is OFF

Allowed nearby devices and notifications...and yes the slider is off

On the Smartview Application Info: Tap Force Stop Then Under Storage in the Smartview Application Info: Press CLEAR DATA

Then exit Smartview Application Info
