TV Plus Channels - They come, they go.

Is there a way to get... and keep the TV Plus Channels?  

Some days they are available.  When they are available, they typically will stick around for a month or so.  Then they disappear with no warning.  They normally are not available for 3 - 4 days, if not longer.

Resetting the channels doesn't work.

Network is fine.

This happens all the time and is frustrating.

Can anyone help me understand WHY this happens?  And... if at all possible help me get them back and what I can do so that they STAY there.

Tons and tons of specific channels... pets, cooking, realty, music, news, etc.  I like the nature shows out of all of them.

At least until they get a channel for "Escape to the Country" - a BBC channel (hint - hint).  I'd watch that 24/7.

You may want to try clearing the app's cache/data in case it is either a software glitch or storage is full.

it wasn't the cache/data.  it's not an app.  nothing to do with a glitch or storage - on my device.  Now whether Samsung can say the same... that's another story.  The day after I posted this, they were available again.
