TV Warranty registration

I'm trying to register my Newly bought TV in the website but it shows that the serial number is not register in red. Is that product fake or am I doing something wrong.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Please make sure when entering the serial number that you are entering the one on the back of the TV or the one from the support menu. As it will have all 15 characters.
