LED and OLED TVsFirst of all, this tech support process is terrible.
As for my particular problem, it started with the volume not working similar to other people’s problems. The for a while I would get a “can not connect to Samsung server” message and now, I turn on the TV with the remote and only get “”TV plus”. The home button will not work and I can not change inputs or go to settings.
At a loss as what to do.

Cant access software version as TV will not leave the “Sources” menu.

LED and OLED TVsPlease cold boot the television using the following steps.
Turn on the TV.
Press and hold Power on the remote until the television turns off and back on.
Reconnect to your WiFi network.
If you continue to have issues with your connection, please send the serial number for the TV to this PM Link.
