LED and OLED TVsHi! I have a Samsung tv that recently when I run streaming apps (DirectTv, Amazon etc), it will randomly freeze, a blue line goes across the bottom like it’s thinking then it will return but it’s very annoying. Sometimes it will stop completely and say an error has occurred. Wifi is connected, no other tv, my tablet have that problem so I just don’t think it’s the wifi.

LED and OLED TVsHello @AmaliaK! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend making sure that your TV is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network first as the 5GHz network can have issues like this. I would also recommend going through the troubleshooting in the link below.
