Friday in
LED and OLED TVsBought a Frame TV, 10 min after turning it on the up button on the remote stops working. As far as I can tell, all the other buttons still work.
Any suggestions as to what this might mean?
Already tried both hard reboot and re-sync to see if that would fix the problem; no luck.

yesterday in
LED and OLED TVsi just paused the you tube I was watching on my Frame tv. put my dishes in and set them yo go. came back and there is a message on the lower right saying push a button to resume. 1o minutes left. I pushed buttons all over and nothing happened...remote is doing nothing. reset remote..tried to re pair. nada. I used the button behind the sensor to turn tv off a bit. nada. I unplugged the box a bit. nada. charged the remote with cable...nada. I noted when resetting remote the red light never flashed. it comes on when charging though. ideas??
