G60SD Monitor will no longer turn off

I have had this monitor for a little over a month and have used it very little. It turned off perfectly when I got it, now it will only go into standby when I "turn it off." There were no changes or incidents in between it working and not. I have tried factory resetting and updating the firmware, but it still won't turn off.
