Monitors and MemoryHello Jethro2312,
Is there a password set to the drive? If encryption is activated for the Samsung T5, you may need to contact the Samsung technical support for memory products. They will need to send you the factory reset tool via email. If you're looking to just wipe the drive the the Samsung magician or windows should be able to do that.
For Samsung SSD support - Call 1-800-726-7864 (Samsung) and ask for memory support.
