I had to join this community as Samsung is acting very weird, I purchased 2 monitors for my nephew but he passed away due to cancer which we no longer needed the monitors. (They were never taken out of the box, we never touched them).
Upon returning the monitors I received an email thay they have received the returned items.
Items were returned on 21 October and as oer Samsung policy they must refund within 10 business days. It's been more than 2 weeks and Samsung hasn't refunded my money. Contacting theur customer support is truly useless they say we have escalated to the moderator or manager and will receive your refund and update within 24 hours. But days passed and yet nothing. I don't want to open dispute with my financial institution, but samsung is not letting me any choice.
Total amount to ve refunded is $2,811,48.
Idk if I should put my order number here or not.
Please return back my moneh, i am never buying from Samsung ever again!
