Monitors and MemoryYeah I found another post Incorrect file name
Looks like a common problem with Samsung not naming the firmware files correctly 😜
I changed the name of the firmware file from FCFA to FCFB and it install fine. 😁
Hopefully Samsung tech support will read this and maybe have multiple files in the zip file that cover all monitors in the series line?
I do thank you for the fast reply my friend. 👍

Monitors and MemoryIt appears the monitor is looking for a M-T4500FCFB-xxxx file while you downloaded a M-T4500FCFA-xxxx file.
Not quite a match.
