Laptop and Monitor not working properly together

The two items in question are my MSI Sword 15" laptop and my Samsung Odessey Neo G8 32" monitor.

My laptop will not properly connect to my Monitor. However, all other laptops properly connect to my monitor AND my MSI laptop properly connects to my TV. ALL connections are with HDMI.

Any thoughts or solutions to help correct this?

Using a HDMI 2.1 cable?  What resolution/refresh?

Yes HDMI 2.1 Cert., 4k resolution to both monitor and TV 120hz on monitor and 60hz on TV... all other laptops have zero issues.

Try monitor at 60hz.
